Consider when you decide to fly home
Generally, the cruise arrives back in Miami while you are still sleeping. There are times where the security clearance takes longer than normal (or there could be a marathon which results in extreme traffic). If you plan to fly home the day you arrive back in Miami, please book your flight for no earlier than 12pm to be safe.
Carnival Chat
Once we are at sea, you will no longer have cell service. It is recommended that you put your phone in airplane mode every time the ship pulls out. Carnival knows that there needs to be a way for us to contact each other while on the ship. They have created a chat function for a one time fee of $5 for the duration of the cruise.
Internet Package
For those who need to stay connected, Carnival also offers a three tier internet plan: Social, Value and Premium . You can purchase per day, or for the duration of the cruise. You can go to Manage your booking to view each plan.
Spa & Specialty Restaurants
Some other additional items you can purchase are spa treatments and specialty dining. Remember that all buffets and the main dining room (also pizza and Guy's Burgers) are included in your cruise fare. Some specialty restaurants include the steakhouse, bonsai sushi, bonsai teppanyaki (hibachi) and Guy's Pig and Anchor (BBQ).
